Shipping, Shipping Requirements & Delivery

Our delivery process, on average, takes about 5-21 business days from the date of order.
Metropolitan areas typically deliver faster than rural locations.
All shipments must meet these requirements:

  1. Will someone be on site at time of delivery? What are the Business Hours?
  2. Does your facility or home have 18 Wheeler Access?
  3. Does the copier need to be moved up and down floors?
    • If yes, is there an elevator on site?
    • If no, what is the number of steps to that floor?

Please keep in mind, we begin prepping the machine for a prompt delivery once your order is in. Please note that shipping times are not like regular UPS, FEDEX, USPS or other carriers as these are sent on padded freight trucks and need extra care and handling, resulting in a slightly longer shipping time frame.

Return Policy

Customers may return for an exchange any copiers that do not function to manufacturers specification after approval from Copier Repair Land. This does not apply to toner.
Customers must allow repair attempts seen fit by Copier Repair Land to be adequate prior to return authorization. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs, including insurance for any and all returns. In some cases where the return is approved, a restocking fee of 30% may apply.
If the customer's return is not accepted or cancels shipment anytime after an order is placed, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping and restocking fees. When a return is accepted by Copier Repair Land, a return shipping truck provided by Copier Repair Land at a discounted rate can be used, or a freight company of the buyers choosing that fits the minimum requirements for padded freight shipping. Copier return requests must be made to Copier Repair Land within 35 days of the original purchase date. Excessive usage on equipment may result in refund adjustment during a return.

Maintenance & Repairs

Maintenance, repair and service contracts are recommended with all copiers, whether done with Copier Repair Land or a third party. Maintenance, repair and service provided by Copier Repair Land is excluded in some states. All maintenance, repair and service contract inquiries should be addressed by emailing or calling us.


All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Credit card cancellation fee of 50% may apply in addition to finance charges on any unpaid balances and all possible legal fees incurred. Customer also agrees to be held responsible for all costs of collection including any attorneys’ fees, and that any legal actions pertaining to sale will take place in Glendale, California. Copier Repair Land has the right to consequential damages by any reason of non-performance of all agreements. Customers agree to resolve any and all disputes regarding credit card charges through legal means or with Copier Repair Land directly, other than credit card company or bank. Copier Repair Land shall be entitled to possible damages, stemming from customer’s non-performance.


All leases done with Copier Repair Land will be done through a leasing company. All paperwork and contracts will be signed by the buyer with the leasing company prior to shipment. Each lease is different and tailored to the customer.


Please be sure that proper electrical service is available at your facility for the machine. Any damage caused by improper power supply is the sole responsibility of the customer and voids all warranty coverage. Customers can call or email us at any time with further questions or concerns.
